Contacting the Access Officer

The Access Officer may be contacted by standard post, by email, by phone or by calling to the ALAB Offices. The Access Officer in ALAB can assist you with the following areas:

• Physical Access to the ALAB office 

• For web accessibility issues, when you cannot fully access the information published on this website

• Publishing Access (for example: leaflets, reports published by ALAB)

If you intend to visit the ALAB Office in person, and require assistance, please contact Fergus in advance of your visit and he will assist in whatever way is required.

Complaints

Section 38 and 39 of the Disability Act 2005 requires public bodies to have clear procedures for making and investigating complaints alleging failure of compliance under sections 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 of the Disability Act 2005.
